The majority of the staff training is facilitated through hands on experience. For this reason we have designated a position solely in charge of training every staff member on each team. Our Training Specialists interview for the position and are selected based on not only being able to perform important behavioral techniques and programming, but also on their ability to talk about them and train others on them through modeling, coaching, and feedback.
