Each program has a Clinical Director that fulfills a role both clinical and managerial in nature. The Clinical Director is responsible for providing our Team Supervisors support and leadership through their direct supervision. They administer all employment and clinical policy, provide training, respond to parent concerns, ensure the adherence to ethical standards, act as a liaison between Adjunct Consultants and Team Supervisors, and set goals for BACA clinicians and provide feedback.
