WIBA 2026 Call for Papers is OPEN - Reminder
7 DAYS REMAINING! Share Your Work at Women in Behavior Analysis 2026
Women in Behavior Analysis (WIBA) was created to highlight, celebrate, and amplify the work of women and their allies in our field. One of the most powerful ways to do that is simple: step on stage and share what you know.
Our Call for Papers for WIBA 2026 is now open – and submissions close in 7 days on February 28.

Who should submit?
Short answer: YOU!
We’re looking for:
Seasoned professionals with data, systems, and lessons learned from years in practice, research, supervision, or leadership.
First-time speakers who are ready to share a case study, a new idea, a program you built, or a problem you’re tackling.
Practitioners, researchers, supervisors, and students whose work centers on behavior analysis and supports our mission of elevating women and underrepresented voices.
If you care about the future of behavior analysis and have something that could help even one other professional do better work, you’re exactly who we want to hear from.
What can you propose?
We’re accepting proposals for a variety of formats, including:
Symposia and talks
Workshops
Panels and discussions
Posters and research presentations
Topics can include (but are not limited to) clinical work, supervision, leadership, ethics, diversity and inclusion, organizational behavior management, research, and innovations in practice.
If you’re unsure whether your idea “fits,” that’s usually a sign you should submit it.
First-time speaker? Read this.
Many of our best talks every year come from people who once thought,“I’m not ready.”
At WIBA, we:
Welcome first-time speakers and early-career professionals
Value real-world application as much as perfectly polished research
Provide clear submission guidelines so you know exactly what to expect
Focus on creating a supportive, collaborative environment rather than a hyper-critical one
You don’t have to be the most published, most famous, or most polished person in the room. You just have to be willing to share something that can move our field forward.
How to submit
You can find full details and the submission portal here:

You’ll be asked to provide:
Your proposed title
A clear abstract
Preferred format (talk, workshop, poster, etc.)
Presenter information
It usually takes less time than people think. Block 30–45 minutes, write your idea while it’s fresh, and hit submit.
Deadline: February 28, 2026
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to share your work, this is it.
We can’t wait to read your proposal and, hopefully, welcome you to the WIBA stage.
The Annual Women In Behavior Analysis Conference is coming to Chicago this July
The 2026 program will highlight prominent women in behavior analysis while also addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within the field.
Call for Papers is OPEN through February 28th!
We are looking for data-driven presentations, panels, symposiums, pre-conference workshops, and poster presenters.
Topics we love, but are NOT limited to:
Women's Issues; OBM and Leadership; Research; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and the application of behavior analysis to world problems.
Call for Papers closes in 7 days, February 28th, so don’t wait!
