Win Your Way to WIBA Chicago: Inside the WIBA Skool Leaderboard Challenge
When we created WIBA Skool, we didn’t just want another online group people quietly join and never use.
We wanted a place where the best parts of WIBA could keep going all year: real conversations, shared resources, and people showing up for one another in meaningful ways.
The WIBA Skool Leaderboard Challenge is how we kick that into gear.
What the WIBA Skool Leaderboard Challenge Is
To launch the community, we’re running a simple challenge:
The top 5 members on the WIBA Skool leaderboard by March 20 will each receive a FREE ticket to the WIBA Chicago conference.
Here’s how the leaderboard works:
You earn points when others like your posts and comments
More helpful, thoughtful contributions = more points
The leaderboard updates in real time and shows the top contributors in the community
In other words, you can win your way to Chicago simply by sharing your experience, your questions, and your support with others in the field.
Why a leaderboard at all?
We didn’t add a leaderboard as a gimmick. We added it because it rewards the exact behaviors that make a professional community valuable:
Asking real questions about practice, leadership, and career decisions
Sharing tools, articles, and ideas that have actually helped you
Taking a few minutes to respond when someone else is stuck
Those small actions are what turn “a group of accounts” into a community you actually feel part of.
The leaderboard just makes those contributions visible and celebrated.
The value (even if you never win a ticket)
Yes, the prize is exciting: a free ticket to WIBA Chicago for the top 5 contributors.
But the real value is what happens while you’re “earning” those points:
You get faster, more grounded feedback on challenges you’re facing
You see how colleagues in different settings are solving similar problems
You expand your network beyond a few days at a conference
You contribute to something bigger than your individual role or organization
The challenge is simply a way to jump-start that culture of sharing and support.
How to participate starting now
If you’re in WIBA Skool, you’re already eligible. Between now and June 30:
Post a thoughtful intro
Share where you work, what you do, and what you care most about in behavior analysis right now.Start or join a meaningful conversation
Ask about a real situation you’re working through, or add your perspective to a thread that resonates with you.Aim to help a few people each time you log in
A short, sincere comment can be exactly what someone else needs. Those are the interactions the leaderboard rewards

WIBA, all year long
For years, WIBA has mostly lived in a few days at a time. WIBA Skool is our way of extending that experience across the full year.
The WIBA Skool Leaderboard Challenge is your invitation to be part of building that community from the ground up.
Show up, contribute, support others, and we’ll see you on the leaderboard (and maybe in Chicago, on us).
