Volunteer at WIBA 2026: Grow, Give Back, and Gain Access
The WIBA Conference thrives on the energy and dedication of our volunteers. They are the friendly faces at registration, the calm problem-solvers behind the scenes, and the connectors who help create an empowering, educational environment for everyone who attends.
For WIBA 2026, we’re excited to invite you to step into that role and help us bring this experience to life.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at WIBA is more than “helping out at a conference.” It is a chance to:
Gain firsthand experience in the field of behavior analysis within a dynamic conference setting
Build meaningful relationships with professionals who share your values and vision
Contribute directly to WIBA’s mission of empowering, celebrating, and mentoring women in behavior analysis
As one past volunteer shared:
“Volunteering with WIBA was such a meaningful experience for me. I loved being surrounded by strong, passionate women in behavior analysis who are committed to supporting and uplifting one another. Being part of WIBA as a volunteer made me feel like I was contributing to something bigger than myself—helping create space for women in our field to grow, lead, and be supported. I would absolutely encourage others to volunteer because it’s an opportunity to give back, build community, and be part of shaping the future of behavior analysis.”

Conference Perks for Volunteers
Your time and effort come with tangible rewards. Volunteer shifts can significantly reduce or completely cover your conference registration:
2 shifts – 50% off conference registration
3 shifts – 75% off conference registration
4 shifts or more – 100% off conference registration
It’s a powerful way to support the WIBA community while making the conference more accessible for yourself.
How to Apply
The Volunteer Application opens April 13, 2026.
Check back on this page on or after that date to submit your application and select your preferred shifts.
If you’re ready to deepen your involvement with WIBA, expand your network, and help create a space where women in behavior analysis can grow and lead, we’d love to have you on the volunteer team at WIBA 2026.
