You’re invited to submit your presentation for WIBA 2025!


Submit your paper proposal and help us strengthen the unique atmosphere of this incredible conference, where women behavior analysts broaden their professional skills in the science of behavior analysis.


We strive to make the Women in Behavior Analysis conference inclusive, and our goal is to foster an environment where diverse perspectives can come together to engage in meaningful discourse on gender equality, enhancing the field of behavior analysis, supporting our colleagues, and fostering professional growth.

WIBA 2025 will be a hybrid conference. All presentations will be broadcast live online from the venue in Atlanta and recorded for on-demand playback through BehaviorLive. Please note that all presenters must present on-site and register for the conference.

How: Join us in Atlanta for the conference, online for the live stream, or watch the recordings later and earn your WIBA CEUs on-demand!



Registration includes On-Demand access to recordings + CEUs for 1 YEAR following the conference


WIBA will be a two-day event highlighting prominent women in the field of behavior analysis while also addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within the field. Presentations will highlight recent trends in the field of behavior analysis, the importance of mentorship, organizational behavior management, and much more! 


The WIBA conference is not only for Women in Behavior Analysis. WIBA is dedicated to welcoming people from diverse backgrounds and creating a professional, inclusive, and safe environment for all our attendees.


Attendees will also get to partake in the vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene that Atlanta has to offer!
