Women in Behavior Analysis (WIBA) has the mission to empower, celebrate and mentor women behavior analysts and highlight their contributions to the field. The conference will allow all genders to engage in meaningful discourse on gender equality for the promotion of behavior analysis and professional growth of future generations.


WIBA will be a three-day event, including a day of workshops, highlighting prominent women in the field of behavior analysis while also addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within the field. Presentations will highlight recent trends in the field of behavior analysis, the importance of mentorship, organizational behavior management and much more. Attendees will also get to partake in the vibrant nightlife, restaurant and music scene that Nashville has to offer.

The conference is being organized by Devon Sundberg, Conference Director of Fishers, Ind. As WIBA approaches its fifth year, Devon looks forward to the event continuing to create mentorship opportunities between early career behavior analysts and experienced professionals.
