Shannon earned her undergraduate in Elementary Education from Indiana University in 2002. Shannon worked at Hoosier Road Elementary from 2002-2004. She left the public school and began providing in-home ABA therapy, and began working under the direction of Carl Sundberg, BCBA-D in 2005. Shannon provided in-home, center-based, and private/public school ABA/VB therapy for several years before providing natural environment training (NET) to parents and caregivers in the home as an NET consultant. In 2008, Shannon began consulting as a team supervisor, overseeing client caseloads, a team of behavior technicians, and programming. Shannon earned her Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis in 2010, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011. Shannon continues to provide consulting as a team supervisor at BACA.
