Leading change in behavior analysis by elevating voices, advancing research, and strengthening the professional community.

WIBA is a community of researchers, clinicians, educators, students, and allies who share a commitment to excellence in behavior analysis. We bring people together through conferences, educational opportunities, mentorship, and recognition of those whose work has made a lasting impact.
We value inclusion, integrity, and connection, and we strive to create environments where voices are heard, ideas are shared, and professionals feel supported at every stage of their career.

Empowering women, strengthening community, and shaping the future of behavior analysis.

Join us in person or virtually for a powerful hybrid conference experience!

Whether you join us Chicago or attend virtually from the comfort of home, you will be part of a welcoming and impactful experience designed to inspire and elevate the field.
The annual Women In Behavior Analysis Conference is a two-day hybrid event bringing together professionals from across the behavior analysis community. Hosted in Chicago from July 15–17, 2026, the conference offers both in-person and virtual attendance options, making it accessible to professionals everywhere.
This year's program will highlight prominent women in behavior analysis while also addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within the field. Through engaging presentations, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to connect, the WIBA Conference creates space for learning, leadership, and shared progress.
Our mission is to honor the accomplishments of women pioneers in the field of behavior analysis and create a historic record to educate behavior analysts on their contributions.

Skool is where the WIBA experience lives all year long. It’s our private online community for women and allies in behavior analysis who want to stay connected, keep learning, and grow together between events.
If you’ve ever left WIBA feeling energized and motivated, this is how you keep that momentum going.
Thoughtful insights and meaningful conversations shaping the future of behavior analysis.
Perspectives That Matter is where ideas are shared, voices are elevated, and important conversations continue beyond the conference. Through blogs, podcasts, and featured discussions, WIBA highlights research, leadership, professional growth, and the lived experiences shaping the field of behavior analysis.
WIBA's Skool is an online community where we can all stay connected between conferences. It's a bit like a social media platform, but without all the ads.
